When I first glanced at this I thought, wow, only the tulips are in color but I see I was wrong. Great capture caused me to look and think.

this shoulda have been under surreal, no? wicked photo... :D
it's crazy, about 20 years ago i got a small booklet from a flea markedt... it's about a famous place in holland/netherlands - i always look into that booklet again and again and love all those tulips and hyacinthes... now that i saw your wonderful tulip pictures i just googled "keukenhof"... et voila

I have purple tulips in a vase on my coffee table :) they are so pretty :) I wish it lasted longer than a month, but the blooms don't stay open that long :)
